Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery for coffee, juice, and supplement production.
- Perform precise ingredient measuring, mixing, and processing according to standardized formulas.
- Handle product packaging, labeling, and sealing to ensure all units meet brand presentation standards.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to identify and report any production defects or deviations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and the preparation of finished goods for warehouse storage or shipping.
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator, Factory Worker, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex safety and operational instructions.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, health, and safety regulations (HACCP or GMP awareness is a plus).
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays as required by production demand.
