Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal output and quality standards
- Assemble components according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Conduct quality checks at various production stages to maintain product consistency
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments following OHS protocols
- Document production metrics and report equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations for safe material handling
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in manufacturing/engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and industrial safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented production setting
- Physical stamina to handle standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20kg
- Willingness to learn new technologies and production methodologies
- Problem-solving skills with ability to identify and report operational issues
