Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and quality control checks on finished products to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with company safety protocols.
- Follow detailed production schedules and verbal instructions provided by the team leader.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or material defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in basic inventory checks and material preparation for the next production cycle.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Manufacturing/Technical Trade is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the production line.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, hygiene, and teamwork.
