Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products before packing.
- Accurately pick, pack, and seal online orders according to company standards and specifications.
- Ensure all parcels are properly labeled and ready for dispatch or courier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the production and packing area.
- Monitor packing supplies and report low inventory levels to the supervisor.
- Meet daily productivity and packing targets while maintaining high accuracy.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during the packing process.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse and production team members to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience as a packer, production worker, or in a similar warehouse role is a plus, but not required.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot product defects or inconsistencies.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting items and managing order quantities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
