Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to align with sales demand and inventory levels
- Supervise manufacturing teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards
- Implement and maintain production processes that optimize output while minimizing waste
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to prevent downtime
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions
- Train and develop production staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics departments
- Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control principles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume production environments
- Experience implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 standards
