Tanggung Jawab
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them clearly to the production team.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing detailed shift schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees to ensure high levels of productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure the safe and efficient use of all manufacturing machinery and schedule regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output to ensure it meets technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Submit regular reports on performance, progress, and resource utilization to senior management.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical expertise and hands-on experience with various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial safety regulations and quality control standards.
