CDO Foodsphere, Inc. is a leading food manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality, delicious products to Filipino families. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our high-performing operations team in Valenzuela.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your assigned production area, ensuring that our output meets strict quality standards while maintaining optimal efficiency. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated operators, manage daily production schedules, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to ensure our products reach our consumers on time and at the highest level of quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily production operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and volume targets.
- Manage and lead a team of production line operators, providing coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain strict compliance with Food Safety (HACCP), GMP, and internal quality control protocols.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste through effective resource management.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Assurance teams to resolve machine downtime or product non-compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and submit timely reports on output, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Enforce safety policies and environmental regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO systems).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule as required by production demands.
