Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Manage and mentor floor staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and productivity.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently maintained.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and ensure timely maintenance requests are submitted.
- Ensure full compliance with all workplace safety regulations (OSHA) and company policies.
- Prepare accurate daily production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (ERP/MRP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational demands.
