Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and inventory management practices
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes
