- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of manufacturing tasks
- Monitor product quality at all stages of production to maintain high standards
- Implement and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and feedback
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in food production, preferably in donut manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications
