Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet technical specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and operational analysis for management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and team performance.
