Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure output targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the production team to maintain high productivity levels and excellent staff morale.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and waste to minimize costs and optimize resources.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products consistently meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning correctly.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement production strategies and goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role within the manufacturing sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and safety standards (ISO/HSE).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and meet tight production deadlines.
