In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of the production floor, ensuring that targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will lead a team of skilled machine operators and production workers, fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive supervisor who can coordinate daily workflows, manage shift operations, and resolve operational challenges on the fly. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure output targets are met within allocated timeframes.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of machine operators and production staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes in real-time to maintain strict quality control and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment servicing and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to management to track performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving productivity.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
