Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams through performance management and skill development initiatives
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize production downtime
- Monitor KPIs including yield rates, throughput, and quality metrics while implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and new product introductions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume production environments
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams of 15+ personnel
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient in production planning systems (e.g., MES, SAP) and quality control tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis experience
- Certification in production management or quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001 auditor) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
