Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet specifications.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
