We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in steering our production floor towards operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of production operators, ensuring that daily production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

- Operational Leadership: Taking full ownership of shift production activities to meet output and quality goals.
- Team Management: Mentoring, motivating, and developing your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Process Optimization: Implementing lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen) to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
- Quality Assurance: Enforcing strict adherence to ISO standards and SOPs to ensure product integrity.
- Safety First: Championing a zero-harm safety culture by conducting risk assessments and safety audits.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure manufacturing targets are met on time and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance departments to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, shift handover logs, and performance records.
- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing team members.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the advanced materials, semiconductor, or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
