Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure performance targets are met within budget and timelines.
- Monitor production output quality and implement corrective actions to minimize wastage and downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen).
- Manage, coach, and develop production staff to maximize team productivity and engagement.
- Coordinate with maintenance and supply chain departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Maintain detailed production records and generate accurate reporting for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (ERP).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by operational demands.
