We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at TRL (South East Asia) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will oversee the daily activities of our durian processing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
In this role, you will lead a team of production workers, coordinate schedules, monitor processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high product quality and meeting production targets. We value leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the durian processing plant
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate shift schedules and allocate tasks to team members
- Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare production reports and communicate with management
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or food processing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HACCP or food safety standards is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi
