Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all food products meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, sanitation standards (GMP/HACCP), and workplace regulations.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and be based in General Trias, Cavite.
