Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members for optimal performance
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of production equipment
- Prepare production reports and communicate performance metrics to management
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production management software
- Certification in production management or quality control is an advantage
- Experience in switchboard manufacturing or related industry is preferred
