Join VIVAX METROTECH Sdn Bhd as a Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in Batu Kawan, Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that production meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will lead a team of production operators, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and schedules.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained and improved.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
- Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Lead and motivate the production team, providing training and guidance.
- Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Prepare reports and analyze production data for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be hands-on, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations is a plus.
