Universal Towel is a leading manufacturer in the textile industry, committed to quality, efficiency, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Metro Manila.
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our daily production operations. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and ensuring that our production targets are met with the highest standards of safety and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure optimal throughput and efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and output to ensure all delivery deadlines are met.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards (ISO/GMP) on the factory floor.
- Manage, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement strategies to reduce waste.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage raw material utilization effectively.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and 5S methodology.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of machine operators and factory personnel.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
