Knauf Philippines is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations in Calaca, Batangas. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and controlling the processes and personnel required to achieve operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, direct, and control daily production schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor machinery and equipment performance to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance and logistics departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and best practices.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production monitoring software.
