Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare production reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements
- Optimize resource allocation including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, etc.)
- 2-5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience required
- Proven ability to execute good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of production management systems and KPI tracking
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment
