Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager to execute effective production planning and scheduling.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and enforce quality control protocols to meet product specifications and minimize waste.
- Coordinate resources, including manpower and equipment, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead and mentor floor staff, providing regular training and performance feedback.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and resolve operational conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
