Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct oversight and leadership to production employees to ensure output meets daily targets.
- Enforce strict adherence to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded consistently.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment downtime and operational inefficiencies.
- Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high levels of team engagement.
- Uphold excellent housekeeping standards (5S) throughout the production facility.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and communicate production status to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams of operators.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules.
