Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production workflow to ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Schedule and supervise shifts to maintain optimal manpower allocation and workflow balance.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, health standards, and quality control protocols.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production workers to improve morale and performance.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and calibration.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management on operational status and challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision role within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid SSM registration and a strong track record of safety compliance.
