Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Nastah Industries, a pioneer in the rubber glove manufacturing sector with over 30 years of global expertise, is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Perai, Penang.
As a key member of our production floor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our high-quality PPE and household products reach customers in over 40 countries. We are seeking a hands-on leader capable of optimizing workflows, fostering a culture of safety, and driving team performance to meet demanding production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production line operations to ensure output targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff to ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize waste through efficient process management.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment uptime and perform regular troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate daily production reports and performance logs for management review.
- Enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the factory floor.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements to increase overall plant efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (rubber or plastic industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S methodologies, and Quality Control systems.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective team communication.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern as required by operational demand.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure setting.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
