- Supervise daily production operations to meet quality and quantity targets
- Train and motivate production staff while enforcing safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve production issues
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with R&D to implement process improvements
- Manage inventory control and material allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in production supervision/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality control systems
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, ERP)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Experience in precision tool or metal fabrication industry
