This pivotal role oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering and quality departments, and implement lean manufacturing principles to meet production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily production activities to meet quality, quantity, and safety standards
- Lead and mentor production teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to address bottlenecks
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality control protocols
- Develop and optimize production workflows using lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams for seamless material flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, MES)
- OSHA/ISO safety certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
