Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets and quality standards are consistently met.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to maximize team performance and productivity.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (DOSH/OSHA) and company manufacturing policies.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements (Lean Manufacturing).
- Manage raw material inventory levels and ensure optimal supply for ongoing production cycles.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and performance documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a plastic injection or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, quality control, and workplace safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software/ERP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work on shifts as required by production schedules.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
