As a Production Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between management and the production floor, ensuring that all operational goals are aligned with the company's strategic vision. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a zero-accident work environment at all times.
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
- Train, coach, and mentor production staff to enhance their technical skills and performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve bottlenecks and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all finished goods meet GCH Group quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent significant experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control (QC), and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
