Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across multiple workstations
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance technical skills and safety protocols
- Monitor production output, quality metrics, and equipment performance
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and workplace safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with quality control team to resolve production issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of production supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Certification in Six Sigma or quality management preferred
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
