Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures

- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO) preferred
