Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the corrugated packaging production lines to ensure output targets and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Enforce strict adherence to quality assurance standards, conducting regular inspections to minimize defect rates and waste.
- Lead, mentor, and train production operators and technicians, fostering a safe, productive, and highly motivated work environment.
- Maintain compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental (OSHE) regulations, ensuring a zero-accident workplace.
- Collaborate with maintenance and planning teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Compile daily production logs, variance reports, and key performance indicator (KPI) updates for plant management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing), Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the packaging or corrugated box industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen), and quality control processes.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating diverse production teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as required by production schedules.
