Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet daily output targets and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor production processes and conduct quality control inspections
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Address production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare production reports and communicate performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems
- Proficient in production planning and scheduling software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in wire harness or electronics manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
