We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our operations team in Sidoarjo. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily production lines, managing the team, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to. You will be responsible for optimizing production workflows, reducing downtime, and leading our workforce towards achieving production targets efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a clean, safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any defects or deviations in the final product.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, including downtime and output metrics, to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production management principles, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English communication skills.
