Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Enforce quality standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure product excellence
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
- Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff
- Problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting production issues
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office applications
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in manufacturing environments
