OSM Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Clark Freeport Zone. As a key leader on the manufacturing floor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that all operational targets are met with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
In this role, you will lead a team of production staff, optimize workflow processes, and ensure seamless coordination between logistics and manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure output targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Lead and mentor a team of production personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot technical or operational issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and material flow.
- Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on KPIs, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a significant advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the Clark Freeport Zone operations.
