Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
- Lead and mentor production teams to optimize performance and skill development
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant work environments
- Coordinate inventory management and resource allocation for seamless operations
- Develop and maintain production schedules while ensuring on-time delivery
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision/production management
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in production planning software and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Experience implementing quality control standards and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
