Your primary focus will be on optimizing workflow, managing inventory levels within the warehouse, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on the factory floor.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve high performance and maintain morale.
- Monitor quality control standards and resolve production issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
- Prepare daily production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in stock audits within the production environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production needs and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office applications.
