Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure targets are met for each shift.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols (SOPs) and operational standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to maximize productivity.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve operational issues.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with shift supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using production management software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems is a plus.
