Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily production activities within the Assembly and Colouring departments.
- Monitor output targets and ensure production goals are met efficiently and on time.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control standards to minimize defects and waste.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is properly maintained and operational.
- Train, coach, and motivate production staff to improve productivity and safety compliance.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in Assembly and Colouring processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety protocols, and quality management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production management software.
