Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor production staff to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to established manufacturing schedules.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to minimize defects and waste.
- Implement and oversee workplace safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare accurate production reports for management regarding output and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning and quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic production management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts as required by production demands.
