Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or steel wire industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
