Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure efficient workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain high standards of product quality through regular inspections, process controls, and troubleshooting.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely supply chain flow.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and optimize operational performance.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for shift management and resolve operational issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within the metal fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software, ERP systems, or MS Office is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is highly preferred.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license is preferred for site travel.
