Are you an experienced leader with a passion for food manufacturing excellence? RM Foods Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team in Pulilan, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our compliance with international food safety standards while fostering a culture of productivity and collaboration among our floor staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met on time and within budget.
- Implement and maintain rigorous food safety standards, specifically HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000.
- Lead, mentor, and train production floor personnel to enhance operational efficiency and team morale.
- Monitor production output and resolve technical issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to company specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance and warehouse departments to optimize supply chain and equipment availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 standards.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and production reporting software.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to safety and quality management.
