Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and safety protocols at all times.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machinery and equipment performance, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and address any deviations immediately to maintain product standards.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and consumables to prevent production downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driving license (preferred) and willingness to work flexible shifts.
