- Manage inventory and resources effectively to minimize waste and optimize output

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
