Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate shift teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production line efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to maximize throughput.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce workplace health and safety (WSH) protocols.
- Generate and analyze shift performance reports to assist management in capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Facilitate on-the-job training for new staff to ensure operational proficiency and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic production management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or extended hours as required by production schedules.
